yes yes i painted....and don't worry it'll never happen againXD painting is just something i could never get the knack for :faint:

so anyways.....i'm not one for changing my favourite things much, so this is BIG. my favourite movie for the last 6 years has been LIE, before that robin hood, and before that puff the magic dragon :XD: half way through watching hero i realized it was my new favourite movie :love: it's soooo beautiful >.< and since i don't have what i'de need to do photography inspired by it, i decided i might as well paint it...i....don't....know why. but yeah, this is a scene from when snow was fighting moon. it's not my favourite battle, but i thought it would make the best painting:)

PLEASE don't leave nagative comments because i KNOW i'm not a painter sillies and it would only hurt my sensitive feelings ^^;

Why do you speak so negative about yourself? I don't think it's that bad. I really like it.
And I need to tell you, that everyday I see tons of crappy pictures in the DAs galleries which are nothing compared to this.
You remind me a bit of my sister she always says she couldn't draw, too. :hug:

i know what i'm good at, and i know what i'm not great at. i used to paint a LOT...but i could just never get the hang of it, so i see it as a weak point :shrug: but i like my photography and i love my comics:D

it's mostly oil....but there's some acrylic in there too. i have a habit of sticking my brush in my mouth to make it pointy. oils don't taste bad so i never had a problem. but one time i got a mouth full of acrylic and it was the worste thingXD

have you seen the movie hero? it's UNBELIEVABLE. soooo beautiful! ^.^

O.O wow thanks! i didn't think it was very good, but when my boyfriend came home and saw i'de finished it he wanted to put it on the wall. it's weird because he's my biggest critic, even worse than me critizing myself.

and painting is hard, i've lurned to hate it. it takes so long and one wrong brushstroke takes like 20 to fix >.< curse painting, curse it!! :shakefist: but i always thought it made me look cool when i can't get the paint off and i'm all colorful for a week :3
